Concerned Applicant - Same Day Payouts?

I am concerned now. Just stumbled upon these complaints re ecfinance on hellopeter.
The promise is same day payouts.
I Applied three days ago and getting minimal responses.
Spoke to Marius van Rensburg (Management), via email, getting no feedback apart from " the times to call me has been forwarded".
Ive asked specific questions re applications approval timeframes and stated how urgent this application was for me.
I called the callcentre, they stated that they could not get hold of HR for salary confirmation.
Our person in HR never received any call like that, although she was in the office the whole day yesterday and today. I have supplied her number and name. I also had an sms that they are going to call me for id confirmation in order for them to pay out the loan, no such luck.
I have also given them specific times to call me as I work in a call centre, they called outside of those times twice now, as I recognize the number.
A contract have been signed by me which stated my loan was approved and I have sent all my confidential information, ID, Bankstatements the works. Just hope all this was worth it :-( .
