As if my last report of last week was not enough. My wife opened an account via internet with FNB she was smsed that her card was at the branch as we went there to collect the card it was told that they send the card to Randburg square and not the Rustenburg square branch as was indicated on the application form. Then when my wife gave a renting contract were we stay, they did not accept it (we live in a house next to lodge on the same premices) funny enough late last year i opened my FNB account with the exact renting contract. They want the lodge to type a letter stating that we live there but du the renting contract is a form stating that we live there signed by us and the owners of the lodge. The lady that helped us was told by me to look on my account at the fica and she will see that that contract was used, she refused to do so and went to manager that told us about the letter. FNB brags on the TV with there service but when you get to the branch it's close to pathetic.
