No customer service from branch manage

I have received the most pathetic service from the fnb branch in randburg square, i came to the branch to collect my card since i had lost my bank but i received attitude from the supervisor firstly than i asked for the branch manager which was no different. i received no assistance since they say i didnt have my affidavit but funny enough i was able to withdraw money from my account 4 days before that from the branch in republic road. to top it all off i asked her to call the manager from the republic branch surekha and she talks about me in front of me. i wonder how she got to that position with that lack of customer service. i am very disappointed with their service regarding that i have just switched from standard bank to fn
