Debit order coming off but dont know whats it fo

Hi
First of all we are not getting any responce from Absa. There is a debit order coming off my card (MDR000300238) is the ref, the card no that has been used is 5471-1931-8019 amount of R50.15 is coming off this card. We need to find out which company this debit order belong to and why they are taking this amount off my card. We have contacted absa (All Divisions) to help but no one can help me to solve this problem. we have received a new card, but this amount still comes off. How long does it take to get some details on this matter, all i want is to know who's taking my money every month.
