Debiting my bank account without my concern

These guys (AIG Life) have been debiting (Debit order) my account for an amount of R164 every month since October 2012 according to my bank statement and without my concern. Yesterday I went to the bank to cancel that debit order and I even contacted them only to find that they don't even have my details on their records.
