Activation of CC and loan payout

I started this process on the 11/02. The branch was helpful but I did not understand why 6 months payslips could not be taken into consideration. My Jan payslip was docked for unpaid leave and was a lot lower. I had a letter confirming this from my payroll manager. Asked for an offer on my lower jan payslip. The offer was made and I was able to get a combo deal including a Blue CC and loan. I accepted the offer and sign both the CC and loan agreements. The consultant signed my copies and I was issued my card. The card was registered while I was waiting and they confirmed my employment. So all smiles I left the branch expecting that my CC was active and my loan would take a day or two to reflect. I was embarrassed at a full store when the card was not working and saying it was a restricted card. I felt like a criminal. So today the 14/02 I go to the branch and they let me that they never in putted a loan amount that was listed under my deductions on my salary slip. What has that got to do with anything. That figure has already been deducted off my salary there are other deductions. The nett pay is the imortant info. I need to understand this and want it resolved tomorrow. Please
