My account has been closed twice in five days

My bank account was closed without me being consulted. I reopened the account after sitting in the queue for an hour. I was told that the account was opened and I could use it fully. I closed my account at my previous bank and asked them to transfer the money across to my FNB account. The transfer failed because, according to FNB, my account with them does not exist.

I have spent every day this week in the bank and they could not be bothered to take an interest and help me sort this out, meanwhile I have been without a bank account for two weeks.
