Im am so upset with standard bank this isnt the first and no matter how many complaints it certainly will not be the last. I went to the bank now walked in at 3:15, fair enough that is not the time to arive at the bank, but nevertheless, I ask the lady at the front desk for help and she helps me so nicely I then go to the tellers to put money into my account, with such good service and a smile, then I go to Enquiries as I now need to pay that money into someone else's account, I get to the line happy as I am first in the line, get called and asked what she can help me with and I explain (bearing in mind that this is not a hour job, it takes 5 minutes if they know what they doing) then I get told that the bank closes now as it is already 3:32, I ask does this mean you are not going to help me??? And this woman tells me sorry but I'm 2 minutes into her time... I simply picked up my stuff and told a very friendly young man at the front desk that I also work with cutomers and I feel that this is very unproffesional. He agreed. This is unexceptable, I work till 6 in the evening, but if someone needs me I will be prepared to stay till anytime as it is my job and that pays the bills.
