ENOUGH ABOUT THE DROP OUT IN UNIVERTIES OF NSFAS

I wrote this email in a manner of misunderstanding the actual fact is NSFAS Procedures. Because of I was promoted last year (2011) to to second level (2012) but I did not obtain 50% aggregate in order my fees to be paid off. but there are some people who failed not promoted to the next level but their fees are being paid. that really worked to my nerve because of I really struggling even to buy books and to travel to school everyday, even this year I am being declined because of I failed to meet that 50% again of which that creates for me a very difficult way to pass because of financial problems that are facing me. all I ask that NSFAS wrote if you not promoted and not obtain 50% you will not get any fund but what surprise me is that those did not pass but only having 50% are receiving funds but what about us those who are promoted not getting any funds? well this is very hard please help me please help me.
