HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING

My complaint is the same, we have a credit card through Nedbank and are also under debt review, are credit card is up-to-date with one more month of payments, we recevied six dropped calls 400 sms and have requested not to be contact on numerous occassions but still they persist. We get CHARGED for every sms and phone call, something needs to be done with this shocking service, they have no idea what they are doing.
