On Sunday I went to Menlyn to get my cheque acc statement for October and I was advised that the system is not working I should print from internet and come get the stamp on Monday, I explained to Lean I think who was a queue marshal on Sunday at Menlyn that I won't be able to do that can my husband come and get a stamp and she said YES and I asks her more than 5 times that question she still said yes. To my surprise when my husband went there on Monday he was told that no they want me.
And it continues I was helped by a gentleman at counter number 6 no name tag on who told me that Desmond will call me on Monday regarding the cancelation of the insurance on my loan and I'm still waiting for that call till now.
What a bad service I got on Sunday at Menlyn and to think of I always told myself that ABSA Menlyn is the best but now it proves me wrong that they are the worst with not giving the client right information and not giving feedback in time as promised.
