I spoke to henly from the insuarance, he was honest, took the time to explain the terms and ensure that i understood and made a promise that he will email me the copy of the policy and the end of the conversation, he was compationate and he cared about my problem and my situation, he did the best he could in line with the policies of the firm. i think he is well trained to deal with customer queries and he shows heart.
