VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

I have an account at Foschini. They have a service where you can access your account detail online, that redirects you to [URL Removed]

At firt I had no problems with their service, however, after a few times I could not log in with the password THEY SENT ME. THIS WAS IN 2010 ALREADY!!!

I sent a mail, to which they only replied i should reset my password.

That done, I still couldn't log in. I sent another mail, and untill this day, after sending several mails for help, nobody even had the decency to reply to my queries or complaints.

This is utterly unacceptable, terrible service delivery. Why should I BEG FOR SERVICE WHEN I PAY EVERY MONTH?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
