Student Loan -S Tutshana

It has been over 3 weeks now and i am still waiting or the forms to be found at Standard Bank Fourways Crossing and the sad part is that S Tutshanas late registration date has closed and he wont be able to study this year all because of incompetency of two standard bank employees.

The student loan was approved 4 weeks ago for the life of me i dont understand why it took so long for the paper work to be done. Its dissappointing that a bank as big as standard bank would do this. We could have gone to other banks if we knew this was going to happen. A whole year of this poor boys future has been taken out of his hands. What is he going to do now when he goes and lives in the rural areas. He will become a no body again when all he wanted to do was finish his degree so he can get a job next year. Its really SAD.
