I had complained two weeks ago for disgraceful service that I had received at the Northgate Branch. Nelly has gone an extra mile to assist me as I really would have simply opted to close all my accounts and simply have no frther dealings with FNB. However, she even requested her collegue to drop off my cards at my office this afternoon. Thank you, much appreciated.
