UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Money was deducted from my Capitec account on 31 January 2013. The amount is R99 and the name is AM Sales. I logged a complaint at Capitec and the next day I received an sms from Capitec with the details of "FNB Payment and Collection, 0860 11 22 44. I phoned them and the gentleman told me I must phone Debotcol, 0112750101 and speak to Mrs. M. Rapola. And YES, no one even answered the phone, only a voice mail to say the person is not in.
