Benefits not paid out

I resigned from my job in November. I asked for my provident fund to be paid out to me. Completed the relevant forms on the 26th of November 2013. Was told that it would take 6 weeks. I still have not received any money. Every time I ask I am told that it would be done by early the next week, this has been going on for a month now. Yesterday when I phoned again they said they haven't done it yet because their system is slow. I sent another mail today, still no response.
They are very quick to take your money, but when they have to pay out they take their time. I will never invest with ABSA ever!
