WORST SERVICE EVER!

My door got damaged 03.02.2013 so I put the claim in 04.02.2013 with 3 quotations.
Firstly the insurance had no feedback at all then they called me and advised that the assessor will not come out to view my vehicle but I needed to take photos and send it to them? It is 12.02.2013 now and still NOTHING! I have had this insurance for 2 years now and this is my first claim. I am disgusted at the poor service I received! Seriously thinking about changing insurance companies. Will NOT recommend them to anyone as there is NO service
