Provident fund application

I applied to withdraw my provident fund early January, which is suppose to take 4-8 weeks arcoding to their word . since then Amadwala has been sending me from pillar to post saying they missing this and that document. I have faxed documents more than four times to them and they confirm they have all the requirements . i waited four weeks thinking my application is being processed but i called them today for follow up they are telling me they need a bank statement which i faxed twice to them
