REFUSAL TO PAY

I applied for my PSIRA Provident fund on the 12 september 2013. I was told that my application will be finalised in 10 weeks as of the date stated above. So clearly now this being a new year and im still waiting for my provident fund to pay out. I have been to constantly by absa call centre and given so many false dates of payments in the last year that i cant even provide for my grandson who im looking after with his school uniform and school fees. I have been sent from pillar to post and im at my wits end as to what i can do further as i need my money urgently. I need the money before friday as i have lent money and need to pay it back soon. Please absa stop playing games and pay my provident fund money to me as i have worked for it!
