Interest rate on new vehicle finance

This morning I received a call stating my application for a vehicle was approved, very happy indeed but except they giving me a 18.9% rate and a fixed rate of 21.4% this is an astronomical rate and definitely not very good at [URL Removed] on guys 2 years ago you gave me a 10.5% rate now this is just madness absa. I've given you all you need from my side and this is the rate I get.do something better for me.i can't pay a mad rate of that given.i paid my prwvious vehicle off in two years now you do this.i wanted at least prime, but will be happy with the rate you gave me 2 yrs ago on my opel corsa essentia.please give me a better rate absa bank.i want to buy this vehicle today but please assist me in a better rate guys.my maximum payment I wanted to go was R3000.00 per month please meet me half way and help me to pay this amount per month. I need this vehicle today the nissan dealership is waiting just for me but I can't afford to pay a 18.9% rate.just look how I paid my previous vehicle through you guys.i want to get this vehicle today.please national credit manager I need a better rate at least a 10.5% like my prwvious vehicle.
