SLOW lounge hidden terms and conditions

So instead of supplying my Credit Card to the SLOW lounge receptionist, i supplied my Cheque Card and low and behold even though my Credit Card has met the criteria, you guys charged me. Do you have no idea how to provide services in the new market segment that you are playing in. After my last R830 interest charge of 3 months ago which has still not been corrected. I think you guys are taking the automated process to to much of an extream and forgetting that your clients are humans.
