Dept can't help me, is paying acc

My ex husband acquired a home loan (with an amount of /- R900 000.00) from std bank using my details, I only found out when I was applying for a home loan after our divorce. I opened a case with std department, was helped by Mmalehlogonolo Julia. I provided all info needed, they confirmed ex husband forged my signature& about my employment. On finding out way forward, I was told that Yolanda Geldenhys said there is nothing they can do for me, as long as their account is serviced and up to date, they cant take the case further. I asked to speak to her i was given Karin Oosthuizen, who was 1stly rude and told me my name is not even on the account what do I stand to benefit, and secondly, on confirming that my name is on the account, she asked to call me back, and never did to date. All this happened between March and October of 2012.My dilemma is, at the moment I can't buy any house cos my affordability is affected by this bond, and standard bank can't help me, so it means as long as this account is serviced, I will never be able to buy a house, and standard bank and ex husband stand to benefit at my expense and my kids expense. Where is justice in this world!
