Not a good service

Hi
Sometime last year i called to find out about my claim, a guy by the name of Thulane, i think so attended my call.
He promised to call me back the next day, i waited until the cows came home, when i calle d again the same song was sang into my ear again, he even asked for my late brothers ID NO, of which i gave him.

Its now 2013 and still no word from the ABSA Fund Administrators, or the Thulane person. I have tried to call several times and it looks & sound like someone just keeps on hanging up on purpose.

Now will somebody tell me whats going on? do the people there value their jobs or they just enjoy doing nothing?

your help will be highly appreciated
