Worst service I have ever had

I am student in my third year of my studies, I applied for a student loan renewal, in early December and was told there would be no problems like the previous year, but this was too good to be true because I only got my loan sorted out in early February, due to the poor service of cutting me off on the phone, telling me that this is all I need to sign, and then more and more things I have to sign popped up with now prior knowledge. They we so incompetent and I'm thinking about moving bank now, because my card has failed on me twice and reversals had to happen but none of them did. I am tired of FNB's slogan of how can we help you, all I get is hassles, I have a hanging debit order thank to the service and I have to travel 50km's to get this fixed. Poor poor poor.
