I got bad service from Virgin Money service agents with regard to my claim and have not been kept informed of the progress throughout the process. My claim was then repudiated on dubious reasons. DK then contacted me to evaluate the customer experience and realised the bad service I have been getting also from the Dispute Resolution department.
