Keeping my vehicle two months for no reason

Somebody knock me n oakhust tow me to were ever, So instead of repair my car n claim their money back after from the course of accident or thirty party they dark an dive. They don't want to give authorization to fix it. It's now full two month keeping ma car for no reason. More problem when u phone they give a different explanation. I send them two email in row bring my car home, nobody reply or call me back (The give little money they say is for me to fix the car n that little cent is not even fix half of that car) what's surprise me they say other money they ill give me after the guy paid some of amount. So I must wait, an what if he don't pay or he pay two years after, my is going to stay not fixed... OAKHUST is a BAD insurance Company. They must change an work like other companies. I join the insurance to get help when I'm in trouble, it sound like I course more n more trouble like somebody who don't have n insurance .how will I advise friends to join them while their service is poor. The other thing the premiums for that two increase like a, month after month mar they never repair my car, wha do you call that bad service.
