The above mentioned member has been of great help through out from the day he introduced the contract to the day i had placed my first claim, he explained my rights and always referred me to ask questions if i do not understand. i have to give him credit because to this day when i have a problem with my insurance i still confide in him then he will patiently note my concern and refer me if it is not in his department, working with him its easier because when i am not able to contact him i will just buzz him and he gets back to me. he has the Ability to make you feel at ease about your situation/ complain. i admire his knowledge about batho people principle putting people first. thank you for your great service leslie keep it up and i hope we will continuously work together as a team.
