Purchase sms on cellphone that money went off

In December 2012 i bought some stuff at Cum books and Pick n pay, I have received an sms stating that the money is off my acc while i was still in the store at the cashier, a few days went by and i had money in my account, because i run a bussiness and the money is getting deposit into my account i thought that the cusomers paid the hampers, however that was not the case, i received an sms from Capitec stating: that they apologies for inconvienience caused during December 2012 with purchase/debits. now money is disapeering out of my account, when i went to the bank today, they want to let me know that everytime you receive an sms your transaction went through, you have so much left in your account, that it is not true, the money is laying in a kitty for 10 days, then only they take the money, there for now i still owe the bank
R 2380.02, and because there is no funds i need to pay interst as weel, this is, as far as i know FNB customers receive an sms after a transaction the money is off their account immediatly, i would like if someone can help me, this is my bread and butter, thank you
