RUDENESS BEYOND MESURE

Went into ABSA Woodlands to apply for a personal loan. granted there was incomunication as to what i had to bring in and how the form had to be filled. But for a frontline staff to feel the need to argue with me about how she has been workig for the comapny for 5 years and she knows what to do i find it apauling... Sis ABSA, and it is a pitty because the coloured lady who was assisting me was so darn friendly and willing to help me and find a way to assist me.
