Double charge every month

I have been charged double every month since inception of my policy with Regent in 2008, one of the accounts is inactive yet being charged with the exact same amount as the active policy. I have tried to get this resolved telephonically without success.
I have also mailed the complaints department with references from my bank and still waiting for feedback.

I would like this to be resolved and awaiting urgent feedback.
