Ignored on complaint of being billed twice

I took a credit life insurance with Regent about 2 months ago when we changed ownership of my car from my mom to me. Since joining the insurance I have been billed twice each month for the same cover on the same car. When I called to explain that I was billed twice, one which was deducted together with my MFC installment, and again separately on my bank account, I was not assisted, and still remain chasing the company for feedback.
I called in and was passed to about 4 agents, each one listening to my story and then saying I will trasnfer you to the person who can assist. The last agent I spoke to said the same thing, and kept insisting I am mistaken, which was appauling to me as I had give the bank statement reference and the MFC reference which was proof enough of this double debit. At last she stated she will send the request foward and to revert, I have not heard anything from her or Regent, and remain in the dark still. I had planned to stay with Regent long, but after this experience I doubt their ability to provide good service. I will be cancelling my policy as of today as my experience with this company has left me disgruntled and wanting to take my money elsewhere.
