FNB ACCOUNT HANDED OVER 2021 - INTEREST STILL CHARGED

My FNB personal loan was handed over to AR in 2021.

Ive brought the debt down from R60 000 to now R31 000, with regular scheduled transfers from my current fnb Cheque account to their account.

* The interest is still being charged at 10.50%. This is after they've promised to "relook" at interest charged.
* All my other personal loans have been fully paid - and the interest was stopped long before the loans were paid - AR is (and was) the only company that still charge me interest!!
* I get phonecalls from them x4 a week - "to remind me of..." or... Thank you for your payment... and a reminder to pay" Bringing down a debt from R60000 to R31 000 with regular monthly payments doesnt show them good faith and good client?
* The last time a scheduled payment was done - now they 'cant find it". yet my bank statement disagree - and have x4 people phoning me x3 a day regarding this. With further legal threats. Really!!
