Refusal of refund by Rosebank College

We applied for a student loan for my daughter and the loan was approved (in full) and paid to Rosebank College. Prior the loan approval, I had made payments towards studies. Due to this the account is in credit and have been requesting a refund since February 2025 to no success. Rosebank has requested proof of payments, authorisation letters, ID copies, Bank confirmation letters (the list is endless). In short, Rosebank is refusing to refund the monies overpaid to them (about R11 000). They are saying the proof of payment from the bank does not satisfy their standard for proof of payment. The loan amount has been credited by Rosebank to the student's account, so why did they credit the account if the payment is fraudulent? What does their bank account show? I am so disheartened about the manner in which this institution is handling the matter. The loan is accumulating interest, and the refund could have been used to offset the interest and capital. She is in her final year, and I am asking myself about the intention in this regard, is it to frustrate or prolong this until she finishes her studies and never refund the money?
