FNB Insurance Brokers
Still no info on illegally moved policy

I have spend close to a week to get this resolved with no luck. FNB insurance brokers have now just started ignoring any written communication and phone call are directed to A&G.

After FNB moved my policy to A&G without my permission or knowledge, i finally managed to get a policy schedule out of A&G. They do no have ANY of my correct details, not my home of vehicle details are correct. This basically implies that I am not insured at all! So basically FNB didn't even bother to hand over my basic insurance details when they decided to me me.

I have had a lot of phone calls to assure me that is rectified, but so far nothing has actually happened.

I have send numerous email with the correct details and the request to have it update but no one has bothered to get back to me.

According to FNB Insurance brokers they are no longer responsible for my account. There also doesnt seem to be anyone in charge because the call center junior refuse to let you talk to any one that is in a management position at all.
