Good day Sir/Madam.
Hope you are well.
I would like to file complain against Identity City Mall in Rustenburg and so-called regional manager (Suzan Pitse).
I made over payment on my account, I went to the shop for refund as instructed by one of your consultants.
I was asked so many questions as I am in court or I have stolen, even questioned with old things of my previous employer and I can’t even remember them.
I was asked to go collect my id card, license card, when I come back, I asked them if they also want my jockey because they are looking for everything, then your so-called regional manager (Suzan Pitse) interfered not even greet or introduced herself.
I am not happy at all about your procedure whereby when I need refund I have to answer so many questions as if there is no proof that I have paid the money.
What made me angry the most, is the attitude of your so-called regional manager (Suzan Pitse), I am not happy with attitude, approach, and behaviour.
I just hope she does not treat all the customer like this as she does not have the management skills or how to sort out situation like this one.
