MONEY WILL NOT BE PAID BACK!!

My daughter was at work on Saturday 2nd February in Centurion. She received a SMS saying withdrawls had been made in Kempton Park. She phoned the bank immediately and the bank gave her a ref: 7023466. After work this incident was reported to Lyttleton Police station Case no: 56/02/2013. An amount of R1000.00 was drawn from Checkers warehouse in Kempton Park then another R2000.00 then another R800.00!! The case was then transferred to Kempton Park Case no: 154/2/2013. Capitec have declined her request for the money to be returned as they says do a balance enquiry BEFORE withdrawing money. What a load of hogwash!! I find this conduct totally unacceptable and was actually thinking of changing to Capitec myself. I really hope they have the decency to look into what is happening right under their noses as they are hopeless at looking after their clients money NOT to talk about how they look out for the clients themselves!!! This whole business is disgusting and they just shrug their shoulders. CAPITEC DOES NOT GIVE A . I will definitely not be endorsing them at all. as well
