Refund takes up to 8 weeks

These guys took my money while I have fully paid them, when I enquire I was told it will take up to wait weeks to 8 just to refund my money. I being saying this and I will say it again we keep on complaining in here and we are not doing anything I think its rite time someone I have to take these robbers to Law society
