RCS LIED ON MY CREDIT RECORD FOR 2 YEARS AND STILL REFUSES TO CORRECT IT!

During the first hard lockdown period of 2020, as many others, I did not receive an income for 3 months. I applied to my RCS CP Insurance (for which I still pay R675.00 a month for) to cover my instalments for that period. This was granted. However, to date, they have blacklisted my credit record by reporting that I did not pay then and never paid since then. Which is TOTALLY FALSE! I have all my proof of payments for each month I paid which I paid in full and 2 weeks before due (never skipped a single month) as well as proof that their CP Insurance was to take over for the lockdown period. 2 years later, and they still REFUSE to correct their false rapporting on my credit record and insist I pay the 2 months which their credit insurance agreed to pay! Yes, I made the third payment, even without an income. I have a home which is halfway built through renovations and now have to live like that since I cannot receive a loan to complete it for simply one reason - RCS!
I should add that they also refuse to communicate in writing, only by telephone calls and at one time at 2am in the morning!
