Skipped payment sent to ITC

I have a problem with the fact that i took an insurance March 2020 as i bought a new car February 2020 and Lockdown started March 26th which affected me financially and emotionally as i am practically unemployed but my fiance finances me. Well my problem is that because of that skipped payment (April 2020) SIAS ADMINISTRATION (OUTSURANCE) put my name on ITC without even warning me at least, instead i was called to maybe consider to take a lesser offer which i did because before i put two cars and now it is only 1 car insured with outsurance. My main concern is why i was not warned about this payment as i believed they cancelled my cover because they sent me message then that because of inssuficient funds they were going to stop my insurance cover. I really want to clear my name and at least outsurance should have given warning first or maybe arranged with me because i did not know that was the case and they should have at least thought of the Lockdown period not to just send to ITC really this does not make sense and on top of that i still have their new cover now. Please assist as i really need to buy a house that is why need to clear my name from ITC and thank you for your time in advance.
