I'm still on there database and reflect on my credit report

I cancelled with OUTSURANCE before I even started with payments, they called and I cancelled. But still it reflects on my credit report to date. Can someone please assist by informing me @ geneveveolieslager35@gmail.com how I can get it of my report ASAP.
