Absa fails on Fica

On 29 January I visited my business banker in Cresta Jenny. To update all the fica documents as requested. Id documents proof of residence etc was all provided.
Yesterday my banking was still working fine. When I tried to do transfers now to suppliers and staff I received the error Not Identified and Verified (ER 495). I cant make any transfers and my accounts seem to all have been blocked.
I called 0860040302 where Corne Niemand was unable to assist me to lift this block. I also called 0860008600 but still no help after banking hours!
How can ABSA not have 24 hour support?
What to do I cant pay suppliers for stock needed tomorrow!
ABSA your service is horrendous!
