Furnicraft cheap paint makes kids sick!!!

I bought my daugher a bed, from FurniCraft N1 City Branch, three months ago and it came over three weeks later than your promise and the smell they used on the childrens bed is sooooo strong, my 4 year old has acquired a strange cough from the fumes.

Their Customer service is SHOCKING!!!

I have called the N1 City branch countless times to complain and even offered a solution (swap our bed with an aired similar demo bed in their shop) to which the lady said she will discuss with her manager and get back to us, which has never happened. The last time I discussed this with the shop, i was Monday the 7th December and as we wait, my child gets sicker.
