Strong Petrol Fumes that can't be smelt

I bought a pre-owned Hyndai Tucson in July 2012 and have reported a strong petrol like fume that enters the car if driving with the windows open. The fumes are extremly stronger for the passengers on the back seat which is predominantly my kids aged 8, 7 and 2. I have taken the car to the initial dealer followed by Hyundai Strydom park as well as Hyundai Cresta and to my surprise no one can smell what my family and I smell. On Thursday I booked the car back at Strydom Park to check out before we leave for a weeks trip, no phone call yesterday and today nor sms, so I call and get told that no one can pick up any smell?? The fact that my kids and I complain and that the car continuously comes back seems to be of no concern to Hyundai? My petrol consumption per 100km on urban roads vary between 13-15 lts and 10-11 on the open road which is against the current specs?
