I am unfortunately not able to change my previous complaint to a compliment, as I have already replied to it, however I must commend Roshan Sewmangal for the great customer service that I have received.

My original complaint was logged on this website on the 14th of January, for an issue that dated back to late October 2013 regarding a terminated debt review. After what seems like millions of e-mails back and forth, today Roshan confirmed with me that Nedbank had in fact made an error, and that they would be reinstating my debt review with them, and that the legal costs that I have incurred over the last 2 months would be refunded into the relevant credit card accounts.

I don't understand why it had to take 4 months, lawyers phone calls, sms's, emails and then FINALLY a HelloPeter complaint, but the main thing is that it has been sorted out.

Hopefully the legal costs are refunded with no further hassles.
