We got a new loan in December with registration, no communication was done by STDBNK for confirmation as to when process will start, payment was never done in Jan and no notice was given to us that it did not go through, also in Feb. Once enquiring the callcentre is unhelpfull - I questioned the fact that why debit order was not done, they tell me not sufficient funds, in the meanwhile they are missing a number on the bank account nr. Now I want to make arrangements and all they want is full payment but I cant even pay as I don't even have a bank account number for STDBNK to pay into as I don't even have an invoice? nevermind the 'alleged papers" I was suppose to receive for insurance - still nothing and no follow up? any other bank would have phoned and followed up if the first payment rejected, but not STDBNK - they cannot communicate according to their callcentre.
