I'm waiting for my upgraded Credit Card to be delivered... it arrives, but arrives at some obscure destination. I phone the bank where I ordered it, and I get told I will be contacted by the card dept... 4 hours later still no call back. I call again and got another woman who "helped" me. She proceeded to be so rude and then put the phone down in my ear. I don't appreciate this kind of service when I am expected to pay them bank charges every month!! I have been so happy with FNB, but this really puts a sour taste in my mouth! All I wanted was to know that my card will be transferred to the branch I'm expecting it at, but instead I was faced with rude and simply useless individuals. I thought customer satisfaction was their primary concern... clearly not --> they're more worried about their Steve adverts than about caring for their customers! I have only ever been a FNB customer and yet there is absolutely no concern for the customer at all!!! Nothing sets FNB apart from any of the other banks in this country!
