10min turnaround is all

I opened an account this morning with fnb on their website and i got a reply that a consultant will call me in 10 min, however i stll havent heard from them. i was happy to see that 1 can open an account in just 10min and was ready to switch to fnb, but im now dissapointed because all that they advertising is.
