I need to link my home loan to my internet banking - SIMPLE - NOT!!!

When I call general enquiries the put me through to home loans who put me through to the asset division who puts me through to telephone banking who put me through to online banking who put me through to general enquiries.

I have been full circle TWICE!!! No one knows what division I need to chat to and keep transferring me!!!

These agents do not know Standard Banks services and who is responsible for what... so unprofessional!
