I am appalled at FNB's lack of taking interest in the frustration of a complaining customer! I applied on line for a Savings account. I got confirmation all was successful and the courier company will be in contact. I got an email conratulating and welcoming me as a new cheque accoutn holder. Khomotso claimed it was just a email and I should not worry. I offered to send the mail and was told that was not necessary. I then got a call from the courier company as they want to deliver my gold cheque card. I have been a client with you for over 8 years. I have done the following up and I am getting no joy. I called yesterday and insisted that someone call me as I do not see why I need to run around at my cost to resolve an error from the bank. No call received. I called now again after being hounded by the courier company for the 4th time and guess what from one consultant to the next. Finally I get through to Nthombi who at my insistence was transferring me to Tshegofatso... just hung up! No Joy!!!
